On, Wednesday May 2nd the first
grade will be walking to the baseball field park behind our school. We will be
doing 5 activities: a hike, mini dinosaur excavation, a rock sort, a pet rock
and a popsicle/ play time. We will also eat our lunch there.
Your child needs to bring:

A
small rock collection from home that
fits into the bag attached to this sheet.
·
A
small ‘pet rock’ that will fit in
their pocket.
·
A
water bottle with their name on it.
·
A
$1.00 Donation to cover the cost of
the dino kits (optional).
·
Please
send your child in appropriate shoes
for walking.
·
Please
put sun block on or send a hat.
